I feel like sharing

since School has been out I haven't really blogged about what I'm doing so I'll take this time to blog about the stuff that has been happening my life.

I am still an Americorp member, my year will be ending shortly. I still don't know how I feel about my experience. It took alot out of me, and it required all of me. It is one of those jobs where it really doesn't end when you don't see the kids, or when your hours are up. I'm happy to have been exposed to this. Although I'm sad that my job will come an end soon, I do not regret giving a year of my life to Americorp.

The relationship with the husband is good. We are closing our first home soon and we are both really excited and scared. Seeing that he is the only one working, and we only have one source of income, it'll be hard but hopefully he'll make more money and we'll be fine.. ohh yeah and I will become a famous photographer, and people will be begging me to make photographs so they can buy it for billions and billions of dollars. (that'll never happen, but its always good to set high standards for yourself)

I also have an internship with some of the best fine arts photographers in Minnesota, Eric RecKenwald and Angela Stressheim. Look them up if you don't know who these folks are. I am learning alot from them both on how photos are made to post-processing to final exhibition prints. It has been good.

My summer has gone by so fast, so fast that I have not had the pleasure of enjoying it. I was so busy working that I just realize I have about 24 more days to enjoy myself before I head back to the best school in the world, MCAD. I miss MCAD and school work. That sounds crazy but I really do. I love art school. We get the B E S T assignments ever.

So after writing this long blog, I have concluded that life is good for me and the husband. We couldn't be more happy with where we are in life. After the tragedy that has unfolded tonight, I am grateful for all the people that have entered my life. My prayers goes out to the families that have lost loved ones today.
